Terms and Conditions for Hospitalization Insurance Cover

Reimbursement of surgical and hospitalization expenses will be paid if hospitalization extends beyond 2 days
Age limit – from 55 to 70 years of age
Deposit requirement – 1 year fixed deposit of at least Rs.500,000
Account holders should maintain the required deposit for a continuous period of 3 months prior to making a claim
Originals of bills should be presented
1% of the deposited amount with a maximum limit of Rs.10,000/- for each day of hospitalization
Within the entitlement, an account holder may make a maximum of two claims per annum for up to 7 days per year, against actual bills
