» CPU - Pentium III - 833MHz or higher

REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN AN INTERNET BANKING FACILITY
(HNB Virtual Branch)

Eligibility Existing / New Customers need to have a Current or a Savings A/c.
How to obtain the application form Go to the Link http://www.hnb.lk to download and you will observe two types of application forms (both forms are in both Pdf & doc file format

(a) Internet application facility form
(b) SMS banking form

Type of Paper used for Printing Internet Application Form (A4 Size Paper)
Optional - SMS Application Form (A4 Size Paper)
Procedure to be followed Internet application form duly completed to be handed/sent over to the branch where you maintain your current or savings a/c.
Processing of facility Step 1
Manager of branch will review your application and send it to H/O for approval with recommendation.

Step 2
Head Office will approve facility & forward you the password number & web a/c No. by post as per the address given on application form

Charges levied (subscription) Internet banking facility - Rs 500/- p.a.
SMS - Rs 500/- p.a.
