What are the types of accounts that qualify for the Pathum Vimana draw scheme?
Regular Savings Accounts Individual Savings Accounts, Senior Citizens Savings Accounts, Existing Silver Line Accounts
Minor Savings Accounts Kirikatiyo Accounts, Singithi Lama Accounts, Teen Accounts
Personal Current Accounts Individual Current Accounts with credit balances
Who is eligible for Pathum Vimana Draws?
Individuals who are opening/maintaining Sri Lankan Rupee Savings Accounts, Minor Savings Accounts, Current Accounts with minimum balances as indicated below will qualify for the draws provided the minimum balance is maintained for one calendar month immediately prior to the respective draws.

Am I entitled to multiple chances on my deposit?
Yes. All qualifying account holders are entitled to multiple chances at the draws. The number of chances depends on the amount in the account (one extra chance for every multiple of the minimum deposit) and the period (one extra chance for every month) during which the amount has been maintained in the account.
Do I receive any interest on my Pathum Vimana Savings Account?
Yes, you are entitled to 4% p.a interest rate for your deposit.
What terms and conditions apply?
- The minimum balance should be maintained for a period of one calendar month immediately prior to the respective draws.
- Entry deposits should be made on or before the first working day of the respective month. If made thereafter, the account will be eligible for the Draw from the following month.
- The number of chances at the draw depends on the amount in the account (one extra chance for every multiple of the minimum deposit) and the period (one extra chance for every month) during which the amount has been maintained in the account.
